Problem
Financial institution seeks to offer a complete service both at its in-person locations and through its digital platform, including its website and mobile applications. With a strong national and international presence, it is imperative that the company guarantees the unity and effectiveness of its products, both in functionality and design, to facilitate their use by users.
However, when carrying out an exhaustive analysis, various inconsistencies and operating problems have been identified, especially on the website, which is the main point of contact with users and where the entity's main services are promoted.
The goal
Therefore, it is clear that the implementation of a comprehensive design system that reflects the company's values and its commitment to users is required to offer products and services of exceptional quality.

Conclusions
Detailed review of elements across products and platforms reveals a lack of consistency in key aspects such as typography, colors, iconography, and buttons. Although the aim is to offer a complete service both in person and on the digital platform, a lack of coherence is evident in its execution at the national and international level.
Despite having established guidelines, such as the Avenir Next typography and a wide color palette, there are inconsistencies in their application and lack of a comprehensive design system. This affects functionality and design, especially on the website, the main point of contact with users.
The competition shows greater coherence in visual elements, highlighting the need to improve consistency and unity in products and platforms. Implementing a comprehensive design system is crucial to ensure consistency and quality, thus strengthening the company's image as a provider of exceptional quality services.
